About Roseann
Roseann was born and raised in Port Clinton. After relocating to Hawaii and Bowling Green, Ohio, she returned to Port Clinton in 2003. She grew up with family of contractors and carpenters so she was introduced to the art of buying land and selling homes at an early age. She always held an interest in real estate but followed her first passion of negotiating in the beauty industry as a hairstylist. Following a thirty-year career as a hairstylist, she chose to obtain her realtors license in 2017 and join the Morgan Realty Group family. Her years as a hairstylist sharpened her communication skills and ability to adapt to various personalities. She is able to use those skills today as a realtor. She loves helping families find their new home and make their dreams come true. Roseann is married with three sons and eight wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys her time reading, boating and simply taking in the beauty of the Lake Life. She currently serves on the Board of Firelands Association of Realtors and several committes. She is the president of the Fraternal Order of Police Associates Lodge #34, Chapter Leader of The Compassionate Friends of Ottawa County, member of Port Clinton Women’s Club, RuthAnn’s House Board member, past President of Main Street Port Clinton and volunteers her time with various charity events. Love Where you Live is her motto! Sharing her love of the lake with potential homeowners is the best part of being a realtor here on Lake Erie.
